One question on the Try Before You Bey Template was “What can I do to make things easier to begin with or follow through?”. I thought I better clarify this a bit and give you some examples, sou you see how this part could look like.
The basic idea is that your direct environment influences your ability to stick to your goals: It can either support you, or it can constantly put roadblocks in the way to your goal. So answering this question requires that you identify what obstacles might come in you way, and prepare for them to the best of your abilities (or with the 80-20-rule in your mind, if you are smart).
As an example, I use a dietary change: You plan to eat healthier for the next 30 days. I asume that you have been specific in how exactly your new diet will be like, and what it contains or not contains.
So here is a list of some things you might want to do in order to make things easier beforehand and help you to stick to your plan even if the road becomes rough from time to time.
Maybe you have some other ideas on what you can do. Make a list that fits your individual situation, because it is all about your success, not the success of someone else.
I invite you to post your own lists in the comments to share them with others. Also, if you have additional ideas on how to prepare, have a hard time with it, or want to share your own story to inspire others, please use the comment form or send me a private message using my contact form.
